• Directly reporting to the Unit Manager; Assist the whole team.
• Provides support to the Unit Manager such as handling schedules, recruitment, and processing of sales transactions.
• Efficient administration of the team, particularly with regard to ensuring that all Unit Members are in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Company.
• Ensures that the team complies with relevant legislation, regulations, responsibilities, and requirements and keeps the team informed of their legal responsibilities and periodic targets.
• Accountable for the management of day-to-day administrative support for the manager and its advisors.
• Provides professional and proactive administrative assistance and manages complex and confidential information.
• Handling office and admin tasks, such as filling, and transcribe minutes from meetings.
• Anticipate the needs of the new hires to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
• Handles shipping of items, and documents of the whole Unit and monitors on-time delivery.
• Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
• Other necessary duties to help the whole Team / Unit.
• Directly reporting to the Registrar under The Registrar's Department
• Answers phone call inquiries regarding the Student Verification of Records for their employment.
• Prepares letters and memos for other Departments, Offices, and/or Students.
• Manage daily office email traffic and student/faculty inquiries. Collaborate with all administrators, faculty, IT staff, and clinical staff to facilitate and improve services to students.
• Directly reporting to the Registrar and Evaluator Officers under The Registrar's Department.
• Assists parent, students, professors, and other stakeholders with their records / school information. Organizing and administering student records.
• Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process.
• Ensuring records are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, etc.
• Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students.
• Keeping student information confidential and secure.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Software Quality Assurance, Data Labeling, Data Management, and Microsoft Excel
Responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals.
