Hi, I’m Camille and I graduated Bachelor of Science in Psychology at University of Santo Tomas. I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and also worked as a Human Resources Professional.

Manages client reports, data entry tasks, escalates issues that may arise during generation of reports to the program operations manager
Performs day-to-day Global Human Resources Services workforce administration and talent acquisition operations, functions and duties ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics. Handles North America talent acquisition operations such as background check and onboarding. Administer ServiceCentral solutions based on assigned access and other HR systems-related support (e.g. Taleo, Peoplesoft, HCM Cloud). Process workforce administration tasks such as manual hire/rehire, employee data change (such as furlough/reverse furlough, competitive and non-competitive internal transfer, bonus, salary and assignment details update), voluntary and involuntary termination in Oracle EBS and HR Cloud. Creates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed by the business such as leavers analysis and month to date report for team’s utilization, also creates monthly invoice-related reports for processed background checks.
Handles completion and coordination of all Canadian clients’ daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports. Conduct weekly migration tasks, including but not limited to, test and production tagging, migration clean-up and preparation of accounts for migration. Creation of new client reports as requested by clients, sales or other business areas. Organize incoming data within the Backcheck database and scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies.
Daily management of the online store and making sure that the website is kept up to date with new products.
Search for information on a wide variety of topics. Create spreadsheets to track customer information and orders.
Daily bookkeeping, preparing statutory accounts, working with spreadsheets, recording and filing cash transactions.
