Order taker and Cashier
- Directly involved in the order taking process while promptly dealing with guest requests, queries, complaints and all issues in a professional manner.
- Handles and receives payment transactions such as cash, credit card, room charge, gift voucher, Solaire peso and casino comp discretionary.
- Ensure correct posting in Agilysis Infogenesis system and issuance of guest’s check.
- Considers the satisfaction of all guests by anticipating guest’s needs, ensuring prompt, courteous and efficient personalized service at all times.
- Complete and check daily record of Guest’s preferences and receipts using Microsoft Excel.
- Welcome and escort the guests to their seats.
- Receives bookings personally or through phone calls. Manages the table reservation and optimizes the seat plan of the restaurant. Arrange special requests if there are any.
- Arranging the names of the food in the buffet (i.e. Printing, lettering)
- Assists in setting up, folding napkins, bussing, and cleaning up the restaurant as needed.
- Checking the guest’s satisfaction. Thanking and bidding farewell to the guests.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
