- Analyze Food and Bev Cost on a monthly basis.
- Assist management in menu costing and suggest selling price.
- Organize and maintain physical records.
- Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations including P&L using Quickbooks. To process daily invoices, that is, to match them to their supporting authorizations and receiving records.
- To check all petty cash fund liquidations and to process for payment.
- Monitoring and recording stock transfers from all department.
- Supervise all accounting processes such as petty cash, accounts payable of the resort.
- Recording and monitoring all consumption of the resort.
- Recording and monitoring all bank transactions in cash flow.
- Process employee advances and replenishment of petty cash funds.

As a Cost Controller, I am responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of the company’s inventory. I also ensure that guest data and all other relevant information are properly updated and organized. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to support efficient operations and cost management.
- Verifying, monitoring, and reviewing all hotel revenue reports and night audit reports.
- Ensuring that daily revenues and settlements are in balance.
