Responsible for ensuring the quality ofthe proofs to be released to the clients orto be signed off for
release (online/print). Coordinating the flow ofthe projects with the internal stakeholders and other proofreaders and operators assigned to the same projects. Also, in charge fortracking the job history and be familiar with the client’s rules as the projects progress.
-Analyze and proofread financial documents such as proxy statements, corporate annual reports, and sustainability
reports which contains various charts, graphs and tables.
-Read proofs against copy and correct errors in type, format, or spelling.
-Analyze customerinstructions/requirements and raise inquiries ifthere are any.
-Compare information orfigures on one record against same data on otherrecords or original copy to detect errors.
-Rearranging client-supplied information/contentto turn into a new structure based on the design.
-SPC tasks, which include job planning, job distribution and decision making.
