I was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and sending essential legal documents such as summon letters and letters of representation to involved parties, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards.
As a Customer Support Representative assigned to Klarna’s one of the largest fintech banks in Sweden, I served as a hybrid agent responsible for handling both voice and live chat interactions. I provided frontline support to customers regarding payment processing, account management, transactions, purchase disputes, and Klarna’s flexible financing solutions.
