I’ve been working in the corporate companies for a very long time. I have consistently shown commitment and motivation ever since I started. I can say that I am a quick learner and self-starter. I am looking forward to experience and learn new things that life has to offer. And I believe this wouldn’t be hard for me at all. I believe that my skills, abilities and determination towards work have been valuable during this period. I have taken an active role in my department, working with confidence and expressing my ideas and opinions. I have managed to solve difficult situations efficiently because I spend time thinking about how to solve the problems and challenges.
Other facts about me is that, I can spend hours on social media, doing research and stuff to empower my knowledge and gain a deeper understanding and be able to discover everything that is fueled my curiosity. I am a type of person who can work individually and independently. I put a lot of effort into my work because I always crave for success and new opportunities. I always want to keep myself busy though rest is also my priority. I always get excited to find out what new life ventures are coming that brings me inspiration and will take me to the next level of success because the secret of getting ahead is getting started.

• managing both incident and request tickets
• focusing on basic troubleshooting for different PC issues on laptop, desktop and even MacBook such as Cisco AnyConnect, internet connectivity for LAN and WIFI, BIOS, BSOD, Dell Command update, OS update, unrecognized external monitor and other external devices, USB ports, accessories such as headset, mouse, keyboard, etc.
