My responsibilities at Christian Literature Crusade, a religious book store, included cashiering, utilizing POS, inventory management, and serving walk-in customers. I also managed the company's web shop, posting product prices and photos and ensuring that everything was up-to-date in terms of price and availability. I also worked in the field to discover churches where we could set up a book table at religious events. I also collect church information, minister names, and contact information for advertising purposes.
I worked as a sales agent for Los Muebles Furniture in both online and physical operations. While working at the store's front desk, I managed the company's Facebook page as a chat support agent. Answering online inquiries in the inbox and comments section, resolving customer complaints, processing Job Orders, encoding clients' personal data, e-mailing product proposals, monitoring and encoding inventory, and supporting walk-in clients were all part of my responsibilities.
My main responsibilities as a project assistant throughout my employment were processing loans, checking credit reports, collecting debts, and presenting our loan offer to groups of people. Our objective was to assist entrepreneurs in raising money for their small firms. I gather both their personal and company data to determine if they are eligible for a cash loan.
