I’m Bryan Larcena, a 36-year-old professional with a wide range of experience across various industries. I’ve held roles as a Customer Service Representative, Collections Agent, Data Encoder, and Sales Associate. These positions have helped me develop strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
In my customer service and collections roles, I’ve learned how to address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. My data encoding experience has sharpened my attention to detail, while my sales background has strengthened my ability to negotiate and achieve targets. Additionally, I have a typing speed of 60 words per minute with 99% accuracy, which helps me work efficiently on tasks that require precision.
I’m proficient in digital tools such as Canva and Photoshop for design work, Filmora and CapCut for video editing, and Google Workspace and Google Calendar for productivity. These tools allow me to stay organized and creative in various projects.
I’m constantly looking for new challenges where I can apply my diverse skill set and make meaningful contributions. With my experience and adaptability, I’m confident in delivering quality results in any role I undertake.
