More Info About Me
I was in the BPO industry for more than 3 years. My first account was a voice financial account in Sitel Baguio for 29 months and a non-voice financial account in Sutherland Global Services Inc Tarlac for 8 months. With my combined experience as a Call center agent I was able to improve my skills in communicating with our customer in English effectively. I was also a Branch head and encoder job before entering the BPO industry and it helps me get familiarized with basic admin tools like Microsoft Office, Email and data entry.
