I enjoy doing graphic design as a hobby. In my prior position, I was in charge of producing announcements, newsletters, and memoranda. I've designed a few logos or flyers for friends and family who were successful in starting businesses in the past.
Even though I'm still new to Facebook Ads, I truly like creating the campaigns and launching the ads. WordPress is a platform I am familiar with and am constantly learning.
Before I began freelancing, I worked as a Property Administrator, where I was in charge of a few residential sites. To date, I have approximately 5 years of professional experience as a property administrator. I am also a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who worked as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant and Corporate Secretarial Executive in Singapore for over 6 years.

• To manage and supervise other service companies to ensure they are complying and delivering their
commitments
• Responsible in maintaining project’s records and documents
• Process payments for services rendered by agencies and service companies. Purchase supplies, materials and consumables
• Canvass and purchase of needed supplies, materials, consumables, and engagement of needed service providers for the maintenance and upkeep of all project’s common area, building and facilities.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and necessary repair of building equipment and systems, common area structures and finishes.
• Encourage the residents’ leaders and Community Property Management team to work hand in hand in building harmonious relationship to ensure the support of the community to the team.
• Establish, plan and execute high-impact, sustainable community initiatives and events.
• Monitor collection of dues and assessments including utilities to meet target monthly collection and ensure viability and sustainability of the condominium corporation.
• Send appropriate notices, reminders and necessary demand letters to those delinquent accounts.
• Prepare OPEX and CAPEX budget
• Conduct routine inspection of the buildings and community common areas to identify needs and improvements and take necessary actions.
• Acknowledge and respond immediately to any form of communication raised by customers.
• Implement house rules, safety and security measures and other policies to develop orderliness inside the community.
• Coordinate with the project developer on issues pertaining to construction, documentation, sales and marketing and other related concerns.
