I'm Rachel "Kookie" Sarte, a committed, determined and reliable employee who loves good working relationships. Despite my inexperience in the freelance world, I possess traits that will surely help me succeed in this role. We carried out a number of activities in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company where I once worked, including customer service, back-office work, and quality assessment, and process insurance/ annuities between application funding/collection of checks to issuance. We use Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations. I was interested in finding out more about freelancing after opting to quit the BPO sector, particularly data entry, healthcare and lead generation.
