I completed my BSBA in Human Resource Development Management at Palawan State University in 2019 and then worked as a Guest Services Associate at Sunlight Guest Hotel in Puerto Princesa.
In that role, I focused on delivering excellent customer service, handling tasks like checking guests in and out, addressing inquiries, making reservations, managing complaints, and promoting the hotel's services. Additionally, I took care of check and balance procedures, ensuring the hotel ran smoothly and maintained accurate financial records.
