I’m a husband and father to a 3-year-old baby girl, and I enjoy playing basketball in my free time. I spent five years working as a corporate 9-to-5 employee, primarily in customer service and sales. When the pandemic hit, I saw it as an opportunity to shift into freelancing. I started with part-time gigs and eventually made the leap to a full-time career as an Amazon virtual assistant. Over the past three years, I’ve taken on projects in digital marketing, customer support, and contact research. My roles have included being an Amazon VA, a contact researcher for a staffing agency, and I currently work as a dispatcher for a plumbing company in Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, I run a small sneaker reselling business.
