- Assist in computing of general weighted average of students
- Assist in maintaining accurate and current records of all student academic status and progress
- Preparing schedule certification and course description
- Assist in authenticating of all Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Processing of Transcripts of Records request for proper payment and prepare receipt for business office
- Checking the records of student with lack of credentials
- Provide a letter certificate for student requesting credential from previous school
- Maintaining accurate records of Registrar’s Office employee attendance
- Assists in encoding of grades in enrolment list
- Assists in processing of student’s enrolment form and related works
- Assists in documentation of student and class record data and stored properly
- Assists in take down message & relay to appropriate department/person
- Assists in customers with their queries/concerns
- Resolve simple complaints of the customer
- Create weekly reports of customer call/inquiries
