Mabuhay! I’m Bianca, a curious soul navigating the wonders of life with a perpetually inquisitive mind. The innate curiosity has been the guiding force behind my journey and propelled me to pursue a degree in Psychology while my career revolved around Human Resource and Administrative roles such as a secretary, both in the Philippines and abroad. I’ve had the privilege of working in recruitment, admin support, including health, with different nationalities or diverse individuals.
In summary, I am a dedicated professional with a proven track record of supporting teams and driving organizational success. With my strong work ethic and commitment, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to any workplace environment. But perhaps what defines me most is my thirst for self-improvement so I actively seek out opportunities to expand my skill set and stay updated on industry trends.
I’ve always had a deep appreciation for Food and adrenaline-pumping adventures, so beyond the confines of work, you’ll often find me experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes or hiking & camping.

Assists and supports the General Manager and internal team with the day-to-day operations
Maintaining General Manager’s agenda and assists in planning appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
Arranging / attending meetings and keep minutes
Handling / screening all outgoing or incoming phone calls, correspondence (letters, emails, etc.).
Prepare invoices or financial statements
Monitoring office supplies and negotiating terms with supplier
Preparing reports or presentations when needed, and maintaining records.
Reporting cases of Corona Virus Disease detected in the municipality to the Disease Reporting Units
Analyzing and interpreting data to provide weekly / monthly disease surveillance report to the regional office
Providing technical assistance in outbreak investigation and response when necessary
Conducting regular technical assistance visits and/or preliminary investigations
Encoding data and maintain file of case investigation forms
Recording daily/weekly admissions of Covid-19 admitted in the regional health unit, seen in the community, or local quarantine facility
Managing logistics needed in the surveillance operations
Assists and supports the internal team with the day-to-day operations
Handling all outgoing or incoming e-mails
Updating database and keeping online records
Desk research
Organizing Manager’s calendar by scheduling meetings
Maintaining telecommunication system: answering and screening incoming calls
Assists and supports the Department Head, Site Engineers, and the internal team with the day-to-day operations
Handling all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mails, letter, etc.)
Arranging quotations from inquiries, site reports, etc., if required
Registration of new projects
Preparing / Issuing contracts / terms of agreement for sub-contractors, including preparation of their invoices
Arranging progress bill / invoices for all on-going projects and monitoring payments if required
Coordination with supplier/s and internal office for Civil Defense Certificates (such as Supply Certificate, Warranty Certificate, and/or Supply & Installation Certificate) for all completed projects
• Arranging schedule of technicians / engineers for Testing & Commissioning and/or Civil Defense Inspections and distribution of reports.
Producing reports after inspection of devices, equipment, etc.; returned by customers
Preparing Mobile Allowance for the department
Monitoring daily attendance of engineers and all labors, including tracking records of manpower for the entire department.
Point of contact to all participants (top management, department head, site engineers, clients) including assigning tasks to internal teams to assist with schedule management
Executive secretary of the department head
Arranging schedule of board meetings and recording minutes
Arranging required documentation in company portals including filing
Assists the general manager with the recruitment process by identifying candidates for the organization
Administering examination and scoring tests
Conducting orientation for the new employees
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Preparing and updating employee information and producing reports
Reporting to the General Manager
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
