Process and Qualify a DME order and Refill Supplies such as compression stockings and other compression supplies. Validate the patient's insurance eligibility, policy limitations, and benefits. and coverage, ensuring that the policy is active and covers specific medical services or devices.
Review and analyze medical records such as chart notes, prescriptions, lab results, and studies conducted on the patient. Need to ensure that documents have complete information and ensure that the patient qualifies for the equipment being ordered.
Create sales orders and templates for refill supplies.
Does inbound/outbound calls and emails from patients and medical clinics.
Respond to patients' inquiries and send patient records in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
Respond to incoming and outgoing calls from the dealership, customers, and field personnel via phone, e-mail, chat, and other communication methods using English and basic Spanish language.
Conduct verification activities such as validating identity, demographics, employment, insurance, fulfilling loan requests, and reviewing loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Working with the teams to ensure smooth transactions from allocations through to funding
Responsible for the collection of specimens, testing, and screening for random drug testing of urine with direct supervision from the head of the laboratory,
Performs administrative duties following established procedures in program-related areas and maintains records and pertinent documents.
Interprets, records, releases, and signs out results.
Communicate with the accredited confirmatory drug-testing laboratory for further examination of positive results, if you don't mind.
Refers to the Head Pathologist as the needs arise.
Responsible for ensuring that standard safety precautions in a health facility are strictly complied with.
