My role is also to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere of our spa guests. I am the primary responsible to assist customers, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless spa experience. I was the first point of contact of our clients, and our friendly, professional demeanor is essential in leaving a positive impression. I also provide information about spa services, packages, and pricing by using social media tools.
