My primary responsibilities were handling customer debit cards by reviewing, verifying, and/or identifying customer transactions to detect/prevent fraud, policy violations, or resolve merchant disputes to mitigate and/or recover losses. May be responsible for multiple claim types within the scope of support (Debit card transaction). Researches moderate to complex account activity determine the potential source of compromise and then takes the appropriate action to decide the case using multiple systems and applications. An additional task may include: closing and reissuing cards, researching or placing holds and restraints, reversing fees, and/or referring accounts for suspected elder abuse, identity theft, or account misuse.
My primary responsibilities were in charge of providing after-sales support of Microsoft Office products. We provide troubleshooting steps, repair Office software components by phone and using remote software, activation of Office software, and process payments when purchasing Microsoft products. When I got transferred to the Canon program, my primary responsibilities were providing after-sales support for consumer products mostly consumer printers, projectors, binoculars, drivers, camera lenses, and digital cameras. We provide troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat. If the issue persists we process the repair or replacement order of the customer. We also provide information on online orders from e-commerce websites thru phone, and email. In the latter part of my career with the Canon program, I got transferred to Back Office which specializes in Order Management. We handle enterprise and business printer orders of the client of Canon Australia.
