As an Admin Aide for the local government of Taguig City, I ensure accurate resident data management and handle public engagement through social media monitoring. My work has strengthened my skills in communication, data management, and responsiveness to community needs. My technical internship experience also helped build my abilities in database management and network setup. Together, these experiences have given me a solid foundation in technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills that I’m eager to bring to new challenges.

• Created a structured database in MS Excel for the company’s active and inactive customers, reducing the workload involved in locating customer contact information for employees.
• Effectively configured and deployed the company’s internet mesh network, ensuring reliable connectivity across the office.
• Formatted and set up new company laptops in adherence to organizational guidelines, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with company standards.
• Monitor social media engagements on Taguig’s pages to identify citizens’ concerns that require the government’s attention.
• Effectively conduct field tasks that help the government monitor specific areas of work, such as business owners, barbers, and factory workers, as well as conduct interviews to determine the number of citizens residing in Taguig, especially when distributing aid from the local government.
• Assist citizens when applying for scholarships, senior citizen IDs, or PWD IDs.
• Encode information of residents of Taguig residing in a specific barangay that has more than 15,000 citizens.
