-Educating customers on the benefits and features of their credit card account. This may involve explaining interest, rewards programs, promotional offers, and other incentives that are available to customer’s account.
-Handling customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. This may involve investigating issues, escalating concerns to management, and finding solutions that satisfy the customer.
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and other relevant information. This may involve updating customer profiles, documenting customer complaints and resolutions, and tracking customer satisfaction metrics.
