I always believe that determination, persistence, and resilience are attitudes or traits that a person and a virtual assistant should have. Determine to learn, to listen, and to finish a task or work with quality. Persistent in any situation, even if it is a no-no situation. Resilient to be on track again with a great smile. For me, with those three traits, I can say that I will stand until the end.
I used to work in the BPO industry for almost 2 years. In BPO, I learned that being positive in every situation will help you cope with a smile. I decided to change my career to pursue my passion, which is being a graphic designer, social media specialist, and professional virtual assistant. With this, I will definitely show how determined and optimistic I am about my work and tasks, and I will finish them with quality. I am a person who works with passion and helps the business succeed.
