I graduated with an Associate's degree in Computer Technology, which equipped me with invaluable computer skills that have greatly contributed to my career journey. Prior to transitioning into social media management, I gained diverse experience working in roles such as quality control dispatch and cashier in a restaurant, as well as serving as an Inventory-in-charge in a Factory company. These positions honed my ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.

During the pandemic, I launched an online business, which sparked my interest in social media management. Through managing my own business, I enhanced my communication, time management, and customer service skills. To further develop my expertise, I enrolled in a comprehensive paid training course dedicated to social media management. This experience not only deepened my understanding of the role but also revealed my innate talents in this field.

I possess a foundational knowledge of running Facebook ads, creating diverse content, and basic design skills.
In my work within this niche, I utilize tools such as Canva and CapCut for photo and video editing, Trello for client project management, and Meta Business Suite for content planning, scheduling Facebook ads, and engaging with customers.
