- Specialist and Support executive for Post-Trades Products and Projects
- Facilitating the setup for standing settlement instructions (SSI) catering to
Investment Managers and Institutions, Prime Brokers/Dealers, Global Custodian
Banks, Hedge Funds, and Regional Custodian Banks.
- Ensures that the settlements data and global account information are securely managed, accurately populated, segregated, and compliant on a market-by-market basis, and the data processed is aligned with the Securities Market Practice Group’s (SMPG) country-specific market practices and latest validation rules.

- Responsible for monitoring daily tasks, providing monthly reports that include the progress of projects, issues encountered, and the corresponding workaround as POST-Trades Support

- Contributed ways to improve the effectiveness of the team to help increase productivity. Assigned as the pioneer tester for various products and contributed to processes documentation and manuals.
- Assisted client queries by troubleshooting, provided monthly basis reports for CPI percentages and performances of the team, and served as Floater User for all tasks and projects processed by the Team (Maker and Checker Roles). Provided administrative support by maintaining, updating, and retrieving data reports in a timely and accurate manner for Post-Trades Products and Projects
