I’m Ben, currently working at United Doctors Service Corporation (Trade Name: Metropolitan Medical Center) with over 13 years experienced as an Accounting Analyst in Accounting Department and 2 years as an Internal Auditor in Internal Audit Department same company. I’m passionate about numbers and financial analysis.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in various accounting principles, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis. I have experience working with accounting software such as Bizbox Hospital Financial System, and Microsoft office like Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
I’m highly organized and detailed oriented person. I’m keen to details to analyze data to provide insights and findings that support the decision making. Also, a team player collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure compliance and internal control.

Prepares PPE Lapsing Schedule. Calculates and records monthly depreciation expense.
Monitors, analyze and submits assigned GL Account Analysis Report. Verifies unusual balances and makes adjustment for any incorrect charging to GL account and to profit/cost centers in order to update and analyze company's financial performance.
Processes and records Non-PO based payable transactions (Capital Expenditure, lease, utilities, regular maintenance, outsource, governmental, insurance) in order to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and posted to General Ledger (GL) in a timely manner.
Checks and reviews all related payable documents/vouchers (patient refund, allowances of doctors and employees, separation/back wages, other benefits, PO and Non-PO based transactions) and ensures proper recording and posting of transactions to accounting books.
Acts as Liaison Officer for BIR, SEC and LGUs submissions in order to ensure timely filing, payment and compliance to government statutory requirements.
