• Monitors real time queues and identifies high risk transactions within the business portfolios
• Observes customer transaction to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, theft, friendly fraud and similar other risks
• Reports identified fraudulent transactions to the leadership team
• Resolves queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce potential customer dissatisfaction and revenue losses
• Recommends anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends
• Identify suspicious activity and unusual patterns that could result to fraud which includes AML issues and activities reported by other staff members
• Contact customers and banking institutions to verify legitimate transactions and payment information
• Documents all interaction and finding on CRM
• Serves as back up support for CS team when needed
• Receives transferred calls for “Challenge Questions”
• Operates the computerized Visitor’s Registration System
• Assists Bank Staff and Visitors with their requests
• Informs/refers to the immediate supervisors suspicious persons or those appearing on the “Watch Lists” or Unauthorized Visitors” entering bank premises going to full description of the concerned individual and other details
• Assists security with Visitors profile and other required data. Reports and/or coordinates incidents involving visitors and/or staff violating the bank’s policy and procedure on the Visitors Access Control System
• Records in the logbook significant incidents in the area, important information received/transmitted or messages/instructions of staff for Visitors for reference and affixes signature before and after tour of duty
• Prepares and submit daily reports on data relative to visitors coming into the bank
• Performs other duties and functions assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time
• Processes and consolidates requests before sending them to the Associate Facilities Coordinator
• Monitors check outdate of the Consultants, Secondees and Interns
• Ensures that all requests and documents submitted to the Associate Facilities Coordinator are properly typed, prepared submitted on time and in compliance with ADB’s standards for the Hoteling Facility
• Uses effective written and oral communication in preparing documents and presentations
• Produces summaries and reports by collecting and analyzing varied information
• Deals with routines queries in accordance with procedures
• Manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and practices
• Ensures the filing systems and records are properly maintained and updated in accordance with an existing framework
• Provides timely updates on relevant information
• Serves as frontline of the company. Attending to the clients’ inquiry as well as applicants
• Does administrative work and other directed tasks
• Maintains facility inspection and manages maintenance personnel on their
day to day activities
• Assisting with all administrative management, maintenance, equipment inventory and storage
• Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submit invoices
• Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and interviews
• Sending out and receives mails and packages
• Sending faxes and manages files
