I began my career as a intern table busser at Hilton Hotel Arkansas after that I got my first job in the Philippines as a management trainee for Army navy until my last job as a operation supervisor at Rogen Inn Davao I have been always a team player I have been skilled in having people together and working towards a mutual goal. Performing weekly meeting to supervisors and employees for monthly reports in sales, stocks/purchasing, human resource concerns, guest relations etc. My experience in leading teams and managing the operations per department led me to be a better member of the administration and enhancing my skills and personality. In my last four to five years in the hotel and restaurant industry taught me that the efficiency of the customer service will result to outstanding customer satisfaction.
