I'm currently working as a Customer Support Engineer wherein my duty is to assess customer's inquiries and also support customer with their scheduled Audit in our company. I also maintain good communication with them with regards to the support of either customer audit or shipment operation related.

- Assess and respond to customer’s commercial inquiries and requests thru close communication with related teams
-Manage customer’s Purchase Orders
-Manage Pull-in request and other customer request related to shipment operations
-Propose activities for continuous improvement of shipment management
Incoming and Outgoing QA Inspection
-Verification of No Good materials and products.
-Creation of Materials and Parts Corrective Action Requirements and feedback to Supplier.
-Conducts and Hold meeting with material supplier
-Weekly and monthly reports consolidation
-Creation of Outgoing Inspection report and other optical characteristics testing and Reliability
-Conducts evaluation of materials prior production use.
Customer Care
-Creation of Analysis report and Provision of countermeasure and effectiveness to production process and flow
-Assist customers in terms of complaints and concerns
-Gives information about the products and services
-Conducts Emergency Quality Meeting
-Generation of Customer care weekly and monthly reports
-Inspection and verification of products
-Generate quality failure report
-Monitor defects summary of In-process quality assurance and Outgoing quality assurance for
Automotive and Non- Automotive products
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
