Community Empowerment Facilitator:
• Facilitates conduct of barangay assemblies and other community meetings
• Enables the coordination of community volunteers and provides orientation on the program processes, as well as clarifying their roles and responsibilities.
• Conducts capability building activities for community volunteers
• Coaches the volunteers on the Preparation of Community Project Proposal
• Reviews correctness and completeness of social and financial documentary requirements
• Personally checks all aspects of work on sub-projects from delivery of materials to construction, identifies anomalies and takes corrective action
• Monitors the community finance management and procurement processes, detects red flags
• Coaches the volunteer teams in complying with documentary, data gathering and reporting requirements to facilitate release of funds
Social Welfare Officer II:
• Conducts and prepares case management reports on assigned DCs based on designated geographical area and agreed mechanism;
• Submits physical and financial reports;
• Reviews and provides inputs on guidelines;
• Undertakes field monitoring for the continuing case management of provision of technical assistance to stakeholders;
• Ensures the updating of the biometrics profile of the DCs;
• Prepares communications, reports, project proposals, and other related documents;
• Attends to meetings, special events and training/workshop;
• Coordinate with other stakeholders for the case and project management; and,
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
