DATA ENTRY
• Responsible for collecting month end Sales Report of the company by using VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLE tool to have an efficient way to Analyze, Summarize, Calculate and present large sets of data.
•Monitoring list of personnel with their personal information

•Responsible for gathering information of client's
ACCOUNTING STAFF
• Responsible of Daily Auditing Sales Report
• Manages Account Receivable Collection
• Reconciles Bank Accounts, daily up to month end, verifies deposits and addresses inquiries from banks.
• Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Responsible for the preparation of check vouchers.
• Gathers necessary account information and documents to perform monthly audit and reports.
• Reconciles Cash Disbursement Account
• Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of Social Security System / Philhealth and other governmental requirements, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
ASSISTANT CASHIER
• In charge of Releasing Customers Incentive and Salesman Incentive.
DATA ENTRY
• Responsible for collecting Month-End Sales Report of the company by using VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLE tool to have an efficient way to Analyze, Summarize, Calculate and present large sets of data.

• Receives Salesman Collections, Preparing Cash Collections for Bank pick up, going to bank for passbooks update.
• Responsible for recording monthly expense of the company and balancing petty cash voucher.
• Responsible on paying SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, Electricity, Water, Credit Card, Insurance.
SALES CLERK
• Responsible on entertaining walk-in customers, promoting product, getting customers order, invoicing, checks the assort product order if similar to the invoice, receives the payments, answering queries about the product.
• Receives Salesman Collections, Preparing Cash Collections for Bank pick up, going to bank for passbooks update.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
