. I've been working as an Appointment Setter at Farmer's Insurance for almost 1 year. Farmer's Insurance is a company that offering an insurance for home (house) and for auto (car).
My typical day as an appointment setter is, I'm working from 10am EST(10pm PHL time)-7pm EST(7am PHL time) 9 hours of working including the 1 hour lunch break.
The first thing that I do every morning before logging in is to check my internet speed and submit it to my boss as well as checking emails and messages from our group for me to get updated.
Second thing is logging in to the dialer and preparing the google sheets for the appointments that will be qualify.
Third thing is to start my work as an appointment setter, calling prospects then offering them our services and explain the benefits of it, give them a quote for their home and auto (car). Setting up an appointment between the client and to our manager. When 7am PHL time it's time to log out the dialer and call it the day.
