In our Systems Engineering course, we were assigned a final task to design a flowchart or process chart detailing the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) application process within a government agency in the Philippines. To create this visual representation, I employed Canva and Microsoft Word.

For nearly five years, I worked part-time as a laundry business staff. During this time, I had the additional responsibility of generating daily and monthly reports for the business. Leveraging my computer skills, particularly proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, I transitioned these reports into digital formats, eliminating the need for paper and ink, which significantly streamlined our workload.

We also had a subject called Software Applications, where we received comprehensive instruction on utilizing various Excel tools. As part of our coursework, we were assigned a task involving data collection through Google Forms and subsequent data analysis using Excel. My proficiency in Excel extends to advanced features such as pivot tables, which I employed effectively in this task.
