- We identify possible fraud & fund leakage committed by users on the platform. We do this by looking at recent logs by the system such as location, device, device language, ISP, ad content, ad language, bids, target location/countries. We also identify possible trends and document them appropriately for the platform to review. As a subject matter expert under this LoB, I help escalate real-time trends to our onshore clients as well as give comprehensive and progressive reports about our performance.
[Social Media Global Gaming Streams, VoDs & Group Post Content Review] - March 2020 - May 2022
- I was part of the first group of people that pioneered this LoB offshore. We moderate livestreams, VoDs and posts inside public groups related to gaming. Carefully identifying them if they're within our processes, T&C and several local/country specific regulations. We help categorize them as well for our platform's SEO. I've personally helped build some of the core processes in these LoBs that are still live to date.
[Ridesharing App Incident Response Critical Messaging - EMEA, UK & Ireland] - December 2018 - March 2020
- We receive messages and classify them as either urgent or not depending on the "context" of the message. It's a highly critical part of the business due to its real-life complications. I've been extensively trained and exposed to give possible emotions and other meanings to phrases & sentences and identify them if they're critical or not. We identify cases ranging from verbal and physical altercations, car accidents, health complications during usage of the service, etc.
[Ridesharing App Driver Account General CS] - February 2017 - December 2018
- We assist drivers using the app on their account issues, such as sign up issues, being restricted from the app, function and usage explanations, etc. We also help our system that flags certain users from misusing the app (such as sharing accounts).
- I assist customers having technical issues with their services, ranging from loss of internet, device issues to upgrading their services/packages. We help schedule technicians for an on-site visit either for service installation and/or inspection if the location is eligible for installation.
