I excel in detail-oriented tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Additionally, I have a strong interest in graphic design. That is why when I was commissioned by a friend to create contents for her client's social media platform, I gladly accepted the chore.

Review customers' contents saved, shared, and sent from their email/cloud storage accounts, and if Term of Use violations are found, tag each violation and apply the appropriate block on the account as needed, based on the gravity of the violation.
Promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
