Aubrey Barbo is a Certified Human Resource Associate (Batch 27) passer. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree.
She has relevant experience as a Copywriter and a Growth Marketing Specialist at an IT Company where she helped create riveting social media ads, and generate relevant content for Facebook and LinkedIn, company, software, and general marketing uses. Just recently, she was an Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a healthcare account where she provided expedient and accurate customer service to all client customers. She has experience in both inbound and outbound call campaigns.
At school, she interned as a Human Resource Intern at an advertising company where she learned the basics of different human resource facets but especially focusing on employee relations. There, she conducted onboarding interviews and exit interviews, helped with creating job descriptions and company policies and procedures (P&Ps), and managed succession planning. She also interned as a Psychometrician intern which helped her garner experiential learning on test administration, scoring, interpretation, clinical report writing, clinical interview, and creating infographics.
Her close peers would describe her as a keenly observant and autonomous learner. She strives to be knowledgeable on several things. She is an independent worker but can also be a team player.
