In my role as a Content Creator at a Digital Marketing Agency, I was responsible for crafting compelling content that aligned with our clients' brand stories and objectives. This included creating social media posts, ad copies, and engaging graphics. I managed multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery, and actively analyzed campaign performance to make data-driven improvements. Additionally, I handled various business transactions, including e-commerce performance tracking, shop status monitoring on platforms like Shopify, GoHighLevel, and Etsy. My experience equipped me with a diverse skill set and a passion for telling captivating brand stories.
As a bookkeeper, I played a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy for both the agency and its clients. My responsibilities included tracking expenses, managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling financial statements, and providing valuable insights into financial health. This financial acumen allowed me to enhance the financial well-being of the agency and improve client financial processes, fostering trust and efficiency.
