I had the chance to manage customer service responsibilities related to Pharmacy Services. I've gained the skills to address customer concerns by actively listening to their complaints, providing solutions, giving the best patient counseling ,expressing regret for any inconvenience caused, and expressing gratitude for their patience. It's our duty to keep and manage our clients' records for future reference. Furthermore, we're responsible for assisting them in scheduling appointments according to their availability. As a point of reference, I designed a sample Medical History and Online Doctor Appointment form using Google Forms.
