• Responsible for managing multiple telemarketing campaigns, ensuring programs are monitored, delivered in a timely manner, hit or exceed upon completion of the program.
• Establish business rules and implementation of best practices of the management in terms of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Account Profiling and Contact Discovery on a day to day basis.
