-Maintains and updates employee records in various electronic databases and physical storage sites; Prepares the Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) of employees; Acts as Liaison Officer of the University and coordinate with government agencies pertaining to USeP transactions; Prepares the list of loyalty awardees; Prepares annual and other required reports; Assists in activities related to Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Assists in activities related to Learning and Development; Assists in payroll and remittance preparation, and Perform other tasks in line with the duty.
