I worked before as a material handler at Molex Integrated Inc and I realized I wasn’t having not enough income when it comes to compensation. I have looked for a better opportunity which I found in Alorica. First It was hard to adapt to the job that I applied for and what I did is, I taught myself how to be motivated, critical thinking, and feedback lover so it will make myself better always. After training, for 2 executive months, I was able to get the Top Rep of my cluster before. Best in sales, best in first call resolution, and best in metrics. After my regularization I was promoted a senior agent or Coach Associate. One thing I realize, no matter how hard your job is, as long as you are helping yourself to be better you can do good. Anyway, I am fun to work with. During my spare time these are the things that I am doing;
