Performs all customer transactions (credit, cash and check transactions). Handles customer complaints. Maintains that the store is well-stocked and clean.
Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. Promotes coffee consumption; selling coffee; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
Responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers. Managing other Baristas during assigned Shift. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
