• Oversee projects from Pre to Post -Contact Stages; Delivery and Handover.
• Evaluate the incoming inquiries and review all project requirements, supporting drawings and specifications.
• Conduct preliminary ocular inspection to determine the extent of the construction and/or maintenance works as required by the client.
• Review tender drawings and specifications and request appropriate clarifications to all sections of formal bids, to ensure clarity of requirements from legal, commercial and technical viewpoint.
• Arrange preparation of quotations, detail cost estimates and costing summary, based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications.
• Review and process variation orders with respect to contract documents. Responsible for the preparation of bid estimates based on the BOQ, drawings and specifications.
• Assist manufacturer/suppliers design department for any design requirement, clarifications they need.
• Discuss estimate to the manager for review prior to releasing quotations.
• Prepares complete Technical Submittals and commercial proposal, and submission of samples, as per project requirement.
