CULINARY ARTS AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL FOR CULINARY ARTS AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT (ISCAHM)
I am from a family of seven (7), the fourth child of Mr. Reynaldo Dela Cruz and Mrs. Ligaya Pineda Dela Cruz. My parents own a food business known as Ligaya’s Canteen and Catering Services which became their bread and butter up to present.
I had my elementary and secondary education at St. Joseph’s College Quezon City. I took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Business Management at Trinity University of Asia.
Two (2) years after I graduated from college, I went to International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM). Thereafter, I worked at Wildflour Café+Bakery, as Line Cook, for almost a year.
Due to lack of manpower in our family business, I resigned from Wildflour Café+Bakery to assist my parents.
During the pandemic, our family business was greatly affected specifically its financial facet. Concessions at Telus Philippines were reduced from four (4) sites to two (2) sites. Catering services were also restricted.
To date, I am five (5) years married to my lovely wife Irene C. Arceo-Dela Cruz, a lawyer from Sandiganbayan, and we are blessed with three (3) adorable kids namely: Reena Isabel (4 years old), Andrei Wil (1 year old) and Ava Renei (4 month old).
