I am Arryl Encina. I have been doing clerical work, communicating with Ships, and suppliers through email and phone calls, and Data Entry for almost 10 years using different applications and systems, with speed and accuracy. I created a more user-friendly format of reports and presentations for Customers and new clients. I can also manage to communicate (in English) with different nationalities to negotiate terms. Throughout the years I have mastered using several applications, such as Google: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs & Sheet. Microsoft: One Drive, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva. As well as PDF, Video and Image Editing. I also managed to familiarize Trello and Asana.

My main responsibility is to act as a Provision Manager/Assistant on land of the ships catered by administrating the Order Process procedure, as well as provide support for clerical matters such as the ship Inventory and other related reports using (Google: Sheet, Meet, Drive, Calendar. Microsoft Apps: Outlook, One Drive, Excels, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Skype. Handling 13-18 vessels. Daily task includes phone communication with suppliers worldwide and Ship Masters of different nationality for the procurement process and sending over 500 emails.
Also, assisting in the training of new staff.
Daily tasks are re-writing receipts, keeping records, paying the suppliers, and generating billing receipts for all the buyers. Finalizing yearly sales and profit.
Responsible for keying in items for Stores, Provision and Spare, prices/quotations in the system, and customer website with speed and accuracy. Communication with Main Branch and creating some reports.
Also, assisting in the training of new staff.
Keep accurate records of logs and inventories of the shop. Time customers of the number of minutes or hours they will use the computer or internet. Provide excellent customer care.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Virtual bookkeeping, also known as cloud accounting, is when a bookkeeper or accountant works with their client remotely
Include scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts.
