I began my career in 2015 in the BPO industry as a Customer Service and Billing Representative for Sprint - a telecommunication account, where I developed strong communication and customer service skills. Later, I transitioned into a Jr. Distributor Sales Personnel role, where I was responsible for product sales, coordinating deliveries, and handling payments. In my most recent role as a Marketing Specialist and Customer Support Assistant at Pag-IBIG Fund, I worked on marketing campaigns, created presentations, supported customer inquiries, and assisted in organizing events. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in customer relations and marketing.

Attends to Client Queries and Concerns regarding their Loans and Savings to the Fund.
Verify Housing Loan status and answer Billing concerns of borrowers.
Screen and Issue Payment Order Forms for Employers, Voluntary Members, and Housing Loan Borrowers.
Conducts Fund Briefings through Webinars and Employer Visits.
Encodes Data of New Members and Change of Information.
Assists in the preparation of Monthly Reports. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
Selling different products of the company, delivery of merchandise, and collection of payments for products sold to covered accounts/customers of sari-sari store outlets in assigned areas.
Answer customers via inbound calls regarding their existing accounts.
Responsible for wireless consumer accounts only.
Educate and inform the customers about their product installment and bills. Responsible for the day-to-day management of data internet content ensuring a quality experience.
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints.
Route calls to appropriate resources/departments.
