Data Entry
Welcome to My Data Entry Portfolio. I have a strong background in digital organization, administrative support and data entry. With years of experience as a public high school teacher, a warehouse and e-commerce assistant, and a hands-on role managing our family’s online business, I bring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to every task.
In this portfolio, you’ll find samples of my work, from organized spreadsheets and record-keeping tools to social media content calendars. My goal is to help individuals and businesses stay organized, save time, and grow with confidence.

During my time as a Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant at Heath Park Trading Ltd., I regularly conducted stock checks and updated inventory records, ensuring accurate data was maintained across platforms. I also created and managed detailed product listings on eBay/Listing Monster and Vinted, entering product descriptions, prices, and images with precision and consistency. Additionally, I captured high-quality product photos and securely packed customer orders, by doing these I followed structured processes and managed data with care and efficiency.

The initials at the end of the product’s RRP indicate the lister’s name. “AR” stands for Arnie Raymundo, which is my name.

I consistently kept up-to-date student records and meticulously and methodically prepared comprehensive reports in my role as a public high school teacher. Using spreadsheets and digital tools to handle grades, attendance records, and performance reviews helped me build strong data management skills.
Excellent time management, confidentiality, and the capacity to function well under pressure were all necessary for my position. I developed a high level of computer proficiency, particularly with word processing and spreadsheet applications. I have excellent discipline, attention to detail, and general efficiency

I was responsible for preparing and maintaining the School Form 5 (SF5), which records students’ final grades, general average, and promotion status. I ensured all data was accurate and aligned with DepEd guidelines. The SF5 served as an important document for tracking student progress and reporting to school heads. It played a key role in determining eligibility for promotion. This task required precision, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

As an adviser, I prepared quarterly grade summary sheets for my class using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. I collected subject grades from subject teachers and organized them into a clear and accurate document. This included encoding data, calculating averages, and checking for errors. I used formulas and formatting tools to ensure consistency and efficiency. The final summary was submitted to my department chairman and the school head and used for evaluations and parent-teacher meetings.

As an adviser, one of my key responsibilities was conducting child mapping for my students. I gathered and organized detailed information about each student’s background, family, health, learning needs, and living situation. Using forms and spreadsheets, I created individual student profiles to ensure accurate and accessible records. This helped identify students who needed academic, emotional, or financial support. The task required confidentiality, organization, and a deep sense of care for each child’s well-being.

As the social media manager of Hope’s Fits and Whiffs, I use Google Sheets to create and manage our Facebook content calendar. I organize post schedules, captions, product highlights, and promotional themes to ensure everything aligns with our marketing goals. This task sharpens my skills as a Data Entry Specialist by requiring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail to keep our content timely and effective.
