I have over 6 years of professional experience as a Transaction Processing Analyst and almost 2 years as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry, I also attended a few semesters in Accounting Degree and currently taking my Master’s Degree in Business Administration. With these combined experiences, I believe I have the edge to perform the job well. I have gained a lot of skills from the job experiences I had, I learned to become keen to details, organize, be good at problem solving and become tech-savvy. My previous experiences involve a lot of data entries, analyzation, and organization. As a Transaction Processing Analyst, I assisted Health Professionals with their requests for their patients’ surgical and medical needs by entering all the needed information in the system accurately within the short period of time (5 minutes). As a Process Trainer, aside from conducting and facilitating training sessions, I worked with numerous reports, hence I become knowledgeable with Excel and its functions. -Performs data entry, answer phone calls and research process in various systems and tracking tools related to medical and surgical procedure requested through Utilization Management Team.
-Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving concerns. Ensures that proper HIPAA and process guidelines are followed all throughout the transaction
