Hello, my name is Armi S. delos Santos, and I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a major in Marketing in the year 2020. Since then, I've gained valuable experience in the field. My most recent position was as a Credit and Collection Officer, where I played a crucial role in I was responsible for managing various aspects of the financial transactions within the company. My duties included collecting data related to client accounts, updating records of client orders, receiving and verifying payments, issuing receipts, preparing statements, and posting transactions accurately. I also had the responsibility of monitoring the aging of clients' transactions, ensuring timely payments, and managing any outstanding balances.
