● Oversees all quality control activities and practices prior, during and after processing of products.
● Initiates strict implementation and compliance of the HACCP Food Safety Policy and GMP in all areas of operation.
● Monitors Critical Control Points on Hot pack line, IQF line and Pineapple Juice SSJ and concentrate. If a certain CCP has reached its critical limit, decides for product disposition (either HOLD or DISPOSE immediately) and addresses immediate action with the Production Supervisor.
● Oversees processing of all products from upstream process to cooking, to filling, and packing. Addresses immediate action in case a non-conformance occurs.
● Oversees cooking and freezing of all products. Ensures that long standby time is avoided prior to cooking or freezing of products.
● Conducts smear testing on representative samples of IQF and frozen products.
● Delegates work assignment to QC inspector assigned in the area.
● Oversees proper clean-in-place (CIP) in the production line and ensures that all equipment, utensils, tables and basins are pre-sterilized prior to using.
● Makes updated daily products specification report and CCP deviations reports on pineapple crushed products and IQF products.
● Reports regularly to QA Manager for all quality concerns.
● Performs other functions as instructed by the superior from time to time.

● Monitors in line and immediately reports to Manager on-duty any deviations noted in the area.
● Conduct sensory evaluation, record results and alert Production Manager for any exemption in order to meet product standards.
