I enjoy taking challenges in life. I am not scared in failures because failure it does not mean that can’t do it but it is a lesson for you to stand up and move forward. Also, In my life, I've come to believe that two key factors influence success. The first factor is a person's desire to succeed. Are you willing to make sacrifices in order to achieve your goal? Are you willing to bounce back after a setback and continue working toward your goal? Without strong internal motivation, achieving achievement is nearly impossible.
It's also important to have the support of those around you. To be driven to succeed, you do not have to alienate everyone and walk all over others to achieve your goal. Success, on the other hand, requires acknowledging your mistakes and accepting advise from people who genuinely want to help you.
